Met Dave in Penrhyncoch and did the 3-climbs ascent up to Nant. never done this before and trying to keep up with Dave meant that I was soon finding the going pretty hard.

Once at the top we did the Summit trail and then a few other descents back to PRC...

Damp and dreary but good to be out for an early morning ride. Hopefully it all adds to my fitness as well.
